“Too soon to say, the incubator took a while to fit together and so far hasn't been used yet - looks nice though. We run a wildlife hospital, mainly hedgehogs and the only criticism I have about the website is it could have a tendency to put viewers of breeds other than Hens/Chicks off. Had I not known that other wildlife hospitals use your incubators I wouldnt have given the website a second look. You need to exploit the potential for other animals. I may be able to add more when I am fully conversant with the instructions and usage. Regards, Moira - Pricklepad”

Hi Moira, Thank you very much for your kind feedback. I appreciate the time taken to help us better present ourselves to breeders of other animals, as well as vets and animal rescue centres. We have made efforts to show images of a range of animals on our homepage and created specific 'exotic bird', 'pet' and 'reptile' sections across the top navigation of our site. Hopefully this is enough to entice a variety of customers to our website. But we're constantly on the lookout for ways to improve so if you do find any more gaps or areas for improvement, we would be really grateful. Thanks again for your time taken. “They have a good, clear website so I could find exactly what I wanted quickly and easily, recommendations for complimentary items that I was also looking for neatly signposted so I could round up everything quickly and easily too! Delivery was quick, everything was well packaged and I'm very happy.”
