Excellent communication and 1st class customer service. After my machine developed a fault within a few weeks of ownership I sent it back to be assessed. Despite the issue having been caused by me due to a broken egg, Bronti from Sales & Support replaced the machine as goodwill. A very kind gesture and really appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service and quick delivery. Very happy with my Brinsea incubator and chick brooders from The Incubator Shop. The Brinsea brooders are superb - no more mucking about with lamps just a simple twist of the legs to adjust height. Definitely will be my first choice when I need anything else!

Good service and delivery on time. This is the 2nd incubator purchased, the first in 2014 is still going well, used every year 2 or 3 times. Needed a second and the new one is up and running already.

It would have been five stars if you had provided a phone number I could have contacted you on when I had a query. Disappointed there is no other way to contact you than to leave a message via email. The unit is great

Hi Vivian, thanks so much for your honest review. Of course, we never like to hear that a customer has had a less-than-perfect experience. But at the same time, we must hear the feedback so we can always continue to improve. I appreciate that you would have preferred a phone call. We made a change to our contact options back in 2020 as we found that phone calls delayed us in helping our customers with their questions and goals. With complex equipment such as incubators, it's almost always easier to explain things in email, where pictures and videos can be attached where necessary. It also provides a reference point where we can gather and centralise all the information relating to each case and ensure all the relevant questions are asked. Email also means we can be flexible with our staff and work from home more readily. Which in current times is certainly a better approach. Finally, before migrating away from phone lines, we found that calls would all come at the same time during peak times. So we'd have times of the day where there were no calls and others (such as lunchtime) where our phone lines would be completely jammed with calls, meaning that some people couldn't get through, and had a frustrating experience. Whereas using email as our contact method ensures that we can always get back to everyone and provide the best possible service. We have a policy whereby we aim to answer all emails within 1 hour, or a maximum of 24 hours during our working week (Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm). And, we are actively investigating ways to improve this even further. If we determine over email that a phone call is going to be more beneficial, we will then call the customer at a time that suits them. I hope this message helps clarify our reasoning for using email instead of operating phone lines. This was my 2nd order,it arrived with dificulty as I had given the wrong Post Code but I had so much help from Incubator Shop that it arrived in perfect condition.I am 84 years old and have just taken up the decoration of the Goose Eggs.They are making wonderful presents, Geraldine Mapley

Very good service. I ordered a number of ceramic eggs for my nesting boxes to encourage some new pullets to lay in the right place. They arrived very quickly and were very well packaged and there was even a couple of complimentary sweets attached to the invoice which my children appreciated very much. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Incubator Shop again if I had the need.

I ordered with no hassle online on Saturday chose the 5 day delivery an came on Tuesday so was earlier than expected even got a love tracking on my order I could watch the incubator coming to my drive

To be honest they (The Incubator Shop) don't really do small talk. This is my 2nd order with them and both have been the same. Place the order, receive confirmation, then receive an email advising it has been shipped, then it arrives the next day. I would buy from then again as it is an efficient system they have.

After not hatching for the last few years i needed some impartial advice on up to date incubators. I am extremely grateful to Bronti for his help which was un-biased. The Customer service is great and they now have another new repeat Customer as i know i can depend on these guys in the future. Thank you again guys.
