“I ordered a part on the 16/3/22 it’s now the 5/4/22 and still have not received it”

Hello Philip, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear this. We dispatched your order on the 15th of March with Royal Mail, on an interntional tracked and signed for service. “Utterly delightful help given (and very prompt reply) when I sent an email enquiry for advice about which products to buy.No high pressure selling but gave me options which would suit my specific needs.I was so impressed that I placed an order with them and been very happy with the products. Would most definitely use again.”

“Great service and products. Just a tip for the water humidity tube, draw water into the tube. Stop it at the opposite end with a finger or pinch the tube. Position the center of the tube within the humidity control as required, then place the stopped end into the incubator connector. Otherwise, water will not flow along the tube with ease or take a long time to get to the incubator when required. (Figured this on our own) Otherwise, happy eggs and humidity controlled. :)”

“The Brinsea 11 EX incubator was well priced, well made with excellent instructions on how to use. It also has a 3 year warranty and delivery was very quick, arriving a day earlier than expected. I have not as yet used the product.”
