“Same price at most major outlets, saved a few pounds with loyalty bonus, but part exchange was available, ( albeit 3rd party) but swayed the deal for me, communication was very good, pleased with my purchase, Mr M Parker”

“The service was great. I had ordered a powacaddy trolley but it had some intermittent faults so sent it back. I had used the trolley, otherwise would not have known about the faults. The golf shop couldn't seem to find any faults , so I suppose could have insisted that as I'd used the trolley I was not entitled to a refund. I suggested that testing the trolley indoors was not the same as using on a golf course for 3 hours or so, and that he faults were intermittent. As they couldn't find any faults it wasn't a question of getting it repaired. However they did agree to exchange it for a moto caddy trolley , as even without the faults I wasn't keen to proceed with the powacaddy trolley. A good outcome.”

“I experienced an issue placing the online order - the payment did not go through. Payment went through on a second attempt. However, I received two invoices within minutes. The first payment had gone through after all. A phone call the next morning received prompt attention - notification of a refund of the the first "purchase" was received within a few minutes after the call.”
