“Bought a jacket value for money good not a problem. Was emailed to be delivered Wednesday and it arrived Friday without explanation That’s bad service!.....”

We can see you placed your order on Saturday 30th March, we dispatched this on Tuesday 2nd April and it was delivered by Friday 5th April. This order went via Royal Mail 48 hour service so the tracking email should not have told you it was going to be delivered on Wednesday. We really pride ourselves on working hard and providing good communication to our customers so they can follow their order throughout the process, and we believe we have achieved this with your order, therefore if you would please reconsider your 3 star review we would really appreciate it as it does make a huge effect on our business.
