“I was in Exeter and called to see if I could look at a few golf bags. They were very obliging and I was able to see the three bags I wanted to have a look at. I bought one and it was posted to me in Scotland and arrived a couple of days later.”

“Despite not being able to buy online when I rang to order Golf online were very helpful and the jacket we ordered arrive within two days!!! A second jacket was ordered after the first one became a favourite item to wear casually and on the golf course”

“Item received as expected, but the next day delivery, which sometimes needs to be paid for is a waste of time as it doesn’t arrive when expected and a refund has to be issued by the sender. Otherwise reasonable service.”

In terms of next-day delivery, we use DPD for this service, which is generally very reliable. However, on rare occasions, delays can occur within their network, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control. When this does happen, we always do our best to help by tracking orders closely, liaising with the courier, and making sure customers are not out of pocket by issuing refunds where appropriate. “Buying the watch was fine, good quick delivery,but the trade in was not. No address given to where you send it and unable to contact them by phone after several attempts. Sent e-mails but replies did not give me the address. Eventually got it from Exeter golf shop online.”

For trade-ins, we use Golf Clubs For Cash (GC4C) to handle all part-exchange orders. Inside the box with your order, we include full instructions and contact details for GC4C so you can register your trade-in directly with them before sending anything in, which is why we don’t provide the return address ourselves. This is so they can expect your item when it arrives and process everything more efficiently. I do appreciate that this can feel a bit confusing if the paperwork isn’t seen straight away, but it is all included with the dispatch information.
