Hi James Thank you for letting us know about the problems with your delivery, and I’m very sorry for the delay. I have just contacted DHL, and unfortunately your parcel has not received a scan since 24th September. They are now contacting the relevant depot for an update. Please bear with me while we get an update from DHL, and I will be in touch as soon as we have further information. We will get this sorted for you. Kind Regards Julia The Golf Shop Online
