“I ordered a ball retriever, 5.5mtrs with a metal head, I received a retriever with a plastic head. Not ideal as I already have one of these (now broken) which doesn't work very well. This was why I wanted to try a different type of head. I have kept it as it's too much of a mither to send it back, so I will see how it works. Not that serious but not ideal.”
