“Orderd 22nd may,and item not dispatched until 26th (25 bhol),even so leaves 23rd sat 24th sun to have dispatched Eventually received on 28th, I was assuming an online service would be working sa/sun or maybe b/hol Monday as I could have bought at local AG on sat or Monday without waiting 6days.item fine service not so.”

Thank you for your review. Having looked into your order, I can see it was placed over the bank holiday weekend when couriers were not collecting from us. Although our team was working on the Monday to prepare orders, collections did not resume until Tuesday 26th, when your order was dispatched. It was then delivered on Thursday 28th. We appreciate that local shops may have been open over the weekend and understand this may have led to different expectations regarding delivery times. However, your order was processed and delivered within the courier's standard transit timeframe once collections resumed. We value your feedback and appreciate your understanding.
