“The ordering process was efficient and as expected. Unfortunately the golfbuddy watch was not working and it appears that GPS was missing. I have returned it for repairs.”

“I am very happy with my order and how quickly it arrived. When I first looked at your site and found that there was free delivery I was impressed but as I put in my details I was dismayed to find that you were charging for sending to The Highlands of Scotland. I can fully understand why you feel you have to charge for certain destinations but I don't live near The Highlands. I think you should check where The Highlands start and where Aberdeen is as it is certainly not in the same vicinity. I had my order sent to my daughter's place of work which is near Aberdeen for free. I actually live very close to Aberdeen so I think you should re-think your boundaries. Apart from that I am extremely happy with my order and the goods I purchased.”

Unfortunately, our hands are tied when it comes to the way our couriers define the boundaries for Highland deliveries. We try to cover delivery costs wherever we can, but in this instance, we are provided with a list of eligible postcodes and additional charges are applied. However, we always appreciate feedback related to our couriers and I will raise this with them, asking for a review of their charges and boundaries.
