“Always a speedy delivery service from TGSO. Royal Mail very hit and miss as seems to be the case these days ... delivered a day after they said it would be. But understand that's out of your control.”

“Order GSO945604 NO SIGN OF MY ORDER”

Thanks for your review, Celia. Your order was placed on 10th March and we dispatched it the same day with Royal Mail. They have been a little slower than usual on this delivery. According to the tracking, a delivery was attempted on Saturday, 14th March, but there was no answer at the address. It now looks like delivery is due today. We sent your order via DHL on the 9th March, and DHL attempted delivery on the 10th and 11th, but both attempts failed.
