“Payed extra for a delivery on 3Rd March my wifes 75th birthday didant arive ontil 28th”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review, I can see that you placed an order on the 28th February and paid for a 2-3 working-day service for this parcel. Your parcel was delivered on the 4th, which was within the time frame paid for on this occasion. Of course, if you would like your parcels on a next-day service, please do add this option to the checkout on your next order to get your deliveries faster. Many Thanks
