Hi, Thank you for your review, Sorry to hear your having an issue with your parcel, we have just checked your order and i can see that we dispatched on the 7th May and the tracking is saying delivered on the 9th May. I will contact you now via email to help you resolve this missing parcel issue.

“Excellent service. My putter was late arriving from the manufacturer but Julia could not have been more helpful, keeping in touch and contacting me as soon as the club had arrived at their depot, and then arranging for me to pick it up. Would highly recommend.”

“The item requested.. putter grip arrived looking ok.. but when fitted felt considerably thicker than my current grip and dimensions of which o had requested”

After reviewing your order, we can see that the only item purchased from us was a pair of shoes, and we do not have a record of a putter grip being supplied on this order. It’s possible the grip may have been purchased from another retailer.
