“Excellent response from Stephen when making a claim for faulty ECCO golf shoes. Kept me informed through the process, very quickly organised a free replacement with the Manufacturer. Breath of fresh air in this day and age. A retailer acting with purpose to deliver the very best customer service. I know I will order from here again.”
