“I ordered golf shoes. When received I found them tight and decided that I needed the next size up. The shoes were returned and The Golf Shop Online contacted me immediately on receipt to say that unfortunately they did not have the size or colour that I had ordered in stock. They gave me options including a full cash refund which I accepted as I needed new shoes immediately. The cash reached my account the same day. Very impressive and wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
