“Item received as expected, but the next day delivery, which sometimes needs to be paid for is a waste of time as it doesn’t arrive when expected and a refund has to be issued by the sender. Otherwise reasonable service.”

Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we really appreciate the feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the overall service. In terms of next-day delivery, we use DPD for this service, which is generally very reliable. However, on rare occasions, delays can occur within their network, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control. When this does happen, we always do our best to help by tracking orders closely, liaising with the courier, and making sure customers are not out of pocket by issuing refunds where appropriate. We do appreciate your comments and will continue working closely with our delivery partners to keep service as smooth as possible. Kind Regards Julia The Golf Shop Online
