“Received a Golf Shop Online gift card as a present. Using it was all too easy, great selection at decent prices. I managed to find myself a new golf bag and ordered it online. The process was clear and very straightforward, all communications were prompt and easy to understand. Delivery was, as promised, next day and the goods arrived in good order. Will definitely use again and definitely recommended”

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel as of yet. I have just tracked your parcel and i can see that the courier has been to your property on the 14th and 17th November, taking images whilst they are at your door so apologies that you havent been in to take the parcel. Please do let us know if it is not delivered today and we can investigate this further.

“The so called delivery by DX was abominable. I had to chase them many many times to get the delivery done. And it took many many days to get the parcel delivered. You need to make a formal complaint about their inability to deliver your parcels.”

“I have not received order yet. Initially due on Monday 17th , the delivery was cancelled. I rescheduled for Tuesday 18th. This was tracked near Grantham but was not delivered. No reason has been given by DX for non delivery. I have rescheduled again for Friday 21st. I am hoping this happens Regards Irene Bastow”

“Hard to give an honest review as I never actually received my parcel. DPD said they would deliver on a Tues. Then it was Wednesday. Then Thursday they said they had tryed to deliver and sent me a picture of my front door! My parcel is now on its way back to Golf shop online. Very disappointed as I have instructions with Dpd for parcels to be left in my safe place or a neighbour.”
