After investigating your order, it appears that this was placed on 24th April 2023. As stated for personalised items, the production time can take up to 3 days. Therefore, we expected the latest dispatch date to be 27th April 2023. At checkout, you opted for the 2-5 working day delivery, which meant that we anticipated your order to arrive by 5th May 2023. I can only apologise if there was any confusion or misinterpretation regarding this.

“Customised bookmark arrived poorly packaged and as a result was damaged in transit. Talked to TGE and they replaced within a couple of days. The replacement arrived packaged propery and of good quality. Original product pretty poor but the reaction to the problem has me pleased with their customer service.”

Having said that, the problem was dealt with very efficiently and correct replacements were sent promptly and delivered in time for the important date.
