“The gift itself was first class, but the website requires modification. I originally made a request for a specific dated newspaper and went through the entire process on the site. However, I later received an apology stating that the specific newspaper was not available and an alternative was suggested. The alternative turned out to be excellent, but surely it should be possible to keep the site updated in order to advise customers at the point of purchase that the specific item is unavailable?”
“The item was lovely much better than expected. I was a bit worried that the quality would be poor but the cushions were much plumper and larger than expected with good quality material. Only slight concern was when I placed an order I did not get a confirmation email. That worried me slightly as I needed the item by a set date and had no way of looking up the order.”
“Really disappointed with personalized cushion when it arrived. Low quality material & cover fitted cushion poorly. For what I paid I expected better. I'm not one to write bad reviews so on a positive note it was easy to order with good delivery time! Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't like the product.”
“I place an order for two personalised items and as they were for two different people, I needed to try and get them labelled So that the individuals would know who’s gift was for who. Once my order was placed I received a confirmation email which also advised that if I needed any further assistance To let them know. I emailed back requesting that each gift packaged was marked with the individuals name so that they would know which one was for them. I received a reply within minutes and they confirmed that they had done as I requested. The ordering process, the service and the speed of which the items were delivered was excellent and I would highly recommend them.”
