“Although they didn't have the product I wanted for my dad's 90th birthday in stock they wrote to me quickly and offered an alternative product which was relevant and my dad has really enjoyed it. They customer service was friendly and efficient and the product was shipped promptly.”

A couple of weeks late (so i missed the occasion the item was ordered for) and I got an incorrect order before which they did refund me for. I am afraid I will not be using the service again.”
