The only downside to this experience was I was never told an arrival date for the packages and had a little anxiety wondering if they would arrive in time. During these difficult times, we are unable to visit her so I emailed asking if I could give an alternative delivery address as couldn’t do this at checkout online. I had an almost immediate response and it was arranged with no billing info included in the package as it was a gift. The deliver was made sooner than expected too! Highly recommended.”

“I ordered 2 items, cushions and a card, both for my daughters 1st anniversary, so they were special and it was important she received them on time. The cushions turned up okay and we're nice but the card didn't. I sent an email chasing it up and got told it was on its way, no apology for it not arriving yet. A couple of weeks later I asked for a refund because it had disappointedly not turned up, the reply stated it would be in the bottom of the box the cushions were in and that we must have missed it because it is "well camouflaged". Firstly it wasn't in there because we recycled the box and broke it down into pieces, secondly, why would you send something in the bottom of the box which is easily missed.
I replied and said it definitely wasn't in the box and can I please have a refund, the reply came back saying "I have refunded the card", that was it, no apology or anything.
My daughter did not get a 1st anniversary card from her parents and that upsets me, therefore, I will not be using this company again.”
