So disappointed with my sign , engraving very poor . Piece of very rope not even through the holes had to do this myself felt too embarrassed to pass on as a gift.

Still waiting on refund after 4weeks also could never get anyone to answer phone and Ihad to send several emails and they were not answered quickly

Awful experience with The Gift Experience. I ordered a Christmas present from here - after 2 weeks it still hadn't arrived and after chasing numerous times and being assured the item was on its way, I turned out the item had never been posted and was never in stock!! Such poor service.

I ordered an item. Realised I had made a mistake literally 5 mins after ordering it. I followed this up with an email and also through the website through the contact us section (as stated everyone makes mistakes). But I confirmed if this cannot be rectified or an alternative can be given that I would request a refund. I got a response to say that it’s a template and the order cannot be rectified. I swiftly responded and asked them to refund me as per first email. No response. Got an notification out of their working hours last night (6pm) to say that my ordered has been dispatched. The order has arrived today with an error when I specifically said I would like a refund. As it’s a personalised item, it’s useless to anyone else. Really disappointed with the service. Feel like the order was just thrown out so I didn’t have a choice but to accept it. After using this company over Christmas with such good feedback. I will not be using them again! Don’t offer a service for mistakes if you can’t follow them up and double check! Waste of money to receive a unusable item which was meant to be a birthday gift!

Absolutely awful experience. Issue with non delivery and very bad customer support. Basically refused to do anything and said not their responsibility. Will not be buying anything from them in the future. Obviously don't want to know when things don't work out.

Dreadful. Ordered a candle for a Wedding anniversary and it turned up with totally different names. A gay couple I think. Well done and congrats to them. Caused a laugh at least. Took weeks to get a refund. Will never ever use this site again.

Very disappointed - they didn't have the first thing I ordered, they emailed me to suggest something else. I agreed and over a month later I still haven't received it. A disappointed father with a missing 80th Birthday gift. Poor service I'm afraid.

Very disappointed with my purchase. I bought 2 mugs for my grandparents, as part of a Christmas presents. When they arrived, one of the mugs was cracked.

I was very disappointed at the service. i ordered a personalised gift well in advance of the anniversary date however it did not arrive on time. Trying to make contact to chase this was also difficult no telephone service, and email had a 48hr response time. Money taken at time of ordering but after chasing this for the 2nd time i was told my item had been delivered, when it clearly had not, then was told to collect it from a depot 500 miles away. in the end the tracking number did not relate to my package at all it was from 2018. Then i was told it was out for delivery, this took another week. I would not use this site again or recommend to a friend.

Never delivered my item, cancelled late on making it difficult to find a replacement gift. Took two chaser emails to get a refund which I did eventually get.

Really bad experience with this company. Product was terrible quality both material and printing and looked nothing like the picture advertised. When I queried this with Customer service they were rude, abrupt & dismissive. Had to re-buy same product from another company. Would not recommend.

Disgusted by the way the item was sent with lots of mistakes on a personalised cushion. Complained ... was told my fault and could pay another £9 to have it rectified after already paying £17 Will NEVER use this company again

The first item I purchased I received a receipt immediately and the item arrived within days (as per previous purchases) . However I then ordered a few more items I had seen as a separate purchase - no receipt and no items 3 weeks later - have contacted customer service twice & have been fobbed off with the excuse of COVID causing delays (which isn’t mentioned on the website) - won’t purchase from here again .
