“Worst experience, ordered my item 4 working days before mother’s day and was assured it would come in time. It arrived the following week. The personalised item was double up and charged for twice and I wasn’t sent any confirmation or delivery emails, upon recieving my item (LATE) and 2 of each I called to query and was spoken to very rudely and unapologetic and was told categorically that it was my problem. STAY AWAY!”

“Ordered 2 personalised ruby wedding aprons for a gift for friends wedding anniversary. On arrival the colour of lettering and pattern was more peachy colour than the ruby red as shown on website. Rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who assured me that they would send replacements in the correct colour. Arrived a few days later and they perfect. My only slight criticism would be that the material of the aprons is a bit thin and flimsy, I think I expected the material to be a better quality, however my friends loved them!”
“Have bought quite a few star is born plaques. Only once did my order get misplaced and then by the delivery company, the royal mail. Had to wait to a few weeks longer to get a replacement. As this was a birthday gift maybe it could have been resolved quicker. Always very happy with my products.”
