I was ordering through my phone so the last five I didn’t write the Last name correctly So I emailed them and if they can do something about it, They reply back no you have to pay £25 extra so we can do it for you and!! I think for a customer to spend that much of money they should’ve just done it it was only five of the candles. I was not happy at all”

At checkout when asked if I wanted to add a gift card I clicked yes and customised a very nice card for them. Well while the card arrived a week later the actual gift took weeks to arrive.
