Not upto the mark. Did not like the overall finish of the product. Extra £2.5 for that simple box is ridiculous.

Hi Soumyajyoti Thanks for your review, I am sorry you are not happy with this. Examples of finished products are shown on the website and you did have the option to select a more expensive gift box or no box at all but chose not to. Thanks again for your feedback.

Issue with delivery and Im now without my order and without a refund, awful experience. They use a delivery service with a terrible reputation, and make little effort to resolve issues. Not worth the risk, you can get the same products from a more reputable provider with more reliable service.

Very unhappy customer and will never shop here again. They sent me whatever they had in stock regardless that it was totally different from the item that I ordered. Why don’t you update your advert and picture? You’re misleading your customers.

For all items stock can vary compared to what is shown in the photo so please accept my apologies about that. Unfortunately as a small business it would be impossible to update the photo every time the stock changes on an item but we do endeavour to do this whenever possible. I ordered sweets for a friend's birthday as I live far away. Whilst I was ordering I decided to add a card so she knew who it was from. However, the card arrived and only the card. Sweet have never arrived and no refund or follow up has taken place. I am out of pocket and no present recieved for my friend. Its been 3 weeks and nothing to make up for this error? I have since used moonpig and my friend recieved it the very next day. Phew!

Binned the medals almost immediately due to poor quality. A shame the opportunity to review came weeks after purchase as I would have taken a photograph and shared it with others as a warning. Terrible aesthetics! I purchased three more medals purchase from a small company on Etsy that provides digital proofs of the product prior to shipping. Would NOT recommend this product to friends and family.

Poor quality. Printing was low quality, I am very disappointed in the result. I won't be giving as a gift because of the quality.

Sent an item that wasn’t as described. Tried to say it was my fault so had to keep item I had paid £18 for that cannot be used. Really rude and unhelpful staff and item quality not that great for the price.

Ordered the gift. It says it would be delivered within 3-4 working days. I made sure I gave myself enough time as this was a get well present. I gave it 5 working days extra and I still didn't get it intime. Never again will I use these.

I contacted them about the product I had bought being faulty they made loads of excuses why the product was faulty. Not a good company to deal with won’t buy from here again.

These are service emails asking for reviews, which are absolutely invaluable for a small, independent company like ours. They allow us a chance to get feedback from real customers and take actions on any areas of improvement or solve problems that may not have been raised directly with our customer service team. You always have the option of just ignoring these if you don't feel like leaving a review, for future reference.

Cushion arrived very squashed and creased as it was very tightly packed into the box it was in. The personalised wording is extremely faint and is just about readable. This is not worth the price paid and I won't be giving this as a present now as it would be too embarrassing.

Ordered a personalised "day you were born" chart for my mothers birthday. Absolute rubbish - contained very little factual information and looked like a child had done it as a school project. No way I was giving it to my mother as a gift so a complete waste of money. Requested a refund but was refused. Would never shop here again.

The Day You Were Born chart you received was true to the example shown on the website, which includes a number of photos that show the kind of information that is on there. I've had a look at your order, this had a dispatch time of 1-2 working days and was dispatched on the 2nd working day with delivery taking place the day after that. Always make sure to check the dispatch times of products to ensure you have ordered in plenty of time for any event.

I've checked back on the order and I can see you believed this frame to be made of bronze due to the title of the product, however the material is clearly outlined in the description and the frame matches the photo on the website exactly. I am sorry that you are disappointed with this.

Hi Steph I am so sorry to see this 1 Star review left about your recent experience shopping with us. I've checked the notes on your order and I can see this is regarding a tankard which was due for delivery on 19th July but unfortunately couldn't be delivered as you'd entered the incorrect postcode for your order. This meant that you would need to re-purchase postage to cover this cost, which I can see you refused to do. I am sorry to read that you also felt we were disrespectful to you, I can see from the notes that our customer service team remained professional and courteous throughout the interactions.
