“After I placed my order online on a Sunday I hadn't received an email confirmation by the Monday so I contacted them by phone to confirm my order was being processed. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and was able to confirm the order was being processed and that it would be dispatched in a few days. She also confirmed my email address, although since the order I still have never received any emails. I purchased my personalised spoons in December as part if a gift and was pleased with the quality and finish. Even though I have just received this review email today (4/2/14) and it says it will be drawn in December I thought it was worth completing as I would still use the company in the future.”
“I bought a customised pearl bracelet and when it arrived it was one size too small. Due to insufficient information on the website for sizing. I called up the customer service staff, Robyn and was able to explain the situation and get the bracelet sent off to recieve the correct size. I didn't even need to pay for the resizing fee or post and packaging. Even though I was a bit annoyed in the beginning the experience only got better. Thank you Robyn”
