The messaging system was very helpful because it meant I got a direct response within the space of 5 minutes and they were keen to help with upgrading my order to an express delivery. I got an email back the next day confimring that this was fine and assurance that it would get to me by the date that I needed and it did. My only problem was with the product itself (the personalized graduation memory box) which I have already written a review on. Again the customer service was very good.”

Also when ordering items that are not available for 24 hour dispatch, ordered together with items that are, 24 hour dispatch does not apply, further delaying the delivery.”
