They confirmed they had the correct spelling on file and would get another one printed and sent out to me immediately. Just less than a week later I had the new book with the correct names. Mistakes do happen and of course it would've been better that they got it right first time but the way a company handles these mistakes and the level of service you get speaks volumes.
