“I really like the flash centre but have had a couple of issues ordering on line. The primary one is I have to clear my cookies to stop being re-directed to a holding page. So call them, a chat is much more fun anyway.”

“Purchases Elinchrom Umbrellas on line one evening. Expensive , but these were cheaper than other companies. Very efficiently despatched the next day. Badly let down by courier Parcelforce who tried to deliver when out, but failed to leave a card to say this. And Parcelforce are a complete nightmare in trying to speak with them and sort it out. The Flash Centre good company but need to change couriers.”

Hi Richard, thanks for your honest feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we have discovered over many years of using various couriers, that they all can from time to time fail to leave cards, or create delays in deliveries. We do also use DPD and TNT couriers, so if Parcelforce aren't the best in your area (some depots / drivers can be worse than others) then please request one of the other couriers when placing your order in the special order instructions. Also, if you ldo have an issue with a delivery, please call us on 02078375649 or email websales@theflashcentre.com and we can do the work contacting the courier on your behalf to save you the hassle. “I had real trouble finding one of the new Fuji 16-80mm lenses, they were only on pre-order. On searching ‘Shopping’ on Google I clicked on every one, ending with the Flash Centre, because I didn’t expect them to have one, being a flash centre! It arrived on Tuesday. Absolutely brilliant (most shops are still on pre-order). Fantastic communication, well, packed. When I need something else I will check them out first.”

“Outstanding customer service, this is what puts TFC at the peak of their game. I called up asking can they help as I urgently needed an item for next day delivery, the issue was it as nearly if not past delivery cut off time. I spoke to Mike who immediately went to box up my delivery before I’d paid as to speed up the process. I paid just a few minutes last and spoke to Mike who said he made sure it went on the van, now that customer service for you !! Thank you Austen Blakemore”

“This is my first purchase from The Flash Centre so my opinion of their service is, as yet, limited! One thing I will say is I love the product they sold me. It arrived in good time and it was well packed so I will be ordering from them again. But for me what puts any supplier above the rest is how they handle an order that goes wrong, that's what separates the wheat from the chaff!”
