“Ordered from The Flash Centre however the delivery company falsified the delivery status. The Flash Centre were so helpful given the deadline I needed the item for. They found another of the item in the London store and worked to get a replacement sent to me within 2 hours. Couldn't have been happier with their customer service, it was fantastic - very rare these days!”

Hi Vitalii, the last communication I can see from you was to let us know that the collection we had arranged for your faulty item was collected on the evening of Friday the 23rd December. Since then TFC has been closed for the Christmas break. We open again at 9am on Tuesday the 3rd January, and rest assured our customer service team will check on the status of the return first thing and action your refund / replacement (depending on which you chose) as a priority. “Service good but it would be better if there were several delivery charges since for a small item-a card reader- the charge was much too high but luckily was offset by the saving in the sale price. Otherwise would not have bought from Flash Centre.”
