Hasn’t arrived. I rang and asked them to track it. Was told I would get a call back this afternoon. No call back, office closed early and no fish. Tracking info on email doesn’t work. This experience really couldn’t be worse if they had tried.

the fish society made me very unhappy by - just yesterday - informing me that I would not be getting a major part of my order . I had ordered and paid for this in November, and was relying on it as part of my Christmas menu.

I had been waiting for some sort of Christmas discount, but it never came. So I placed my order anyway (over £100). The very next day the fish society sent me an email with 20% off my next order but it expires in 10 days! I emailed them back saying I just placed an order so highly unlikely to place another order any time soon so I would not benefit from this offer. I asked if they could apply this discount to my current order and I had no response. A bit cheeky and pointless really, offering me a discount after I just placed a big order.

You haven’t I emailed to change the delivery address twice. No response as it defaulted to the previous order twice. I had requested delivery for the Tuesday twice. They delivered to the front door on 3 separate occasions & left it. Not a safe place & 1 order defrosted. These are expensive orders & the delivery is not acceptable

Did not get the delivery and it eventually arrived 5 days later completely defrosted You gave me a credit so no loss but was disappointed not to have received the order

Unfortunately, due to a stock keeping error, we are unable to send the Patagonian Toothfish so we therefore issued a refund. We accept that this was inconvenient and offered our apologies at the time. Kind regards The Fish Society

Ordered shellfish came a day late after travelling for 2 days most of it was defrosted no refund wouldn't deal with them again wouldn't advice anybody else to deal with them either

Can't comment on the crab claws because they never turned up and The Fish Society and DPD didn't appear to know what happened to them! Terrible.
