I never received my order for my Chinese new year family dinner!! I was sent marked S/M lobsters when I ordered M/L and was condescendingly informed that lobsters lose their weight in water. The list goes on! I have written to the Fish Society but never received a reply. Sadly I have cancelled my subscription

I never thought I'd get my money back. After months of dead ends, I had lost hope of ever recovering the $86,000 I put into plutus' legacy. But now, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. I am not happy as the order did NOT arrive frozen. Most of the fish was soft and had liquid in the packs.

It's all fake. I have been told that I receive my profit once my trade is done and later they asked me to pay last time taxes and fees and then you will receive profit. After that all I paid, they asked me to pay more and more then only I received money. And it happened like this more than 4 times and I kept on paying money but I did not receive any sort of money. And some of their staff threatened me to pay money for them, then only I can receive the money. It's nothing but cheating with people's money. There is no concept of paying profits to the people but to cheat with people. Actually I was about to forget about my money before my sister found out about chelsy desmarais. We reported the whole issue to her, even with the fact that we were skeptical at first, but she really surprised me by getting back my money to my bank account. I’m not here to throw a full-on Karen tantrum, but I guess this might qualify. I purchased the miso cod, which isn’t exactly a budget-friendly option, only to find a special guest (a parasite) in my meal. Lovely. Now, I get it—these things can happen. Fish is fish, and nature sometimes stows away uninvited extras. However, I was only refunded for the item itself. That’s it. When you discover something squirmy in your dinner, it doesn’t exactly make you eager to tuck into the other items on the plate. So, essentially, my "compensation" for an expensive, parasite-ridden meal being ruined was...having it for free, which is the bare minimum. I’d have hoped for a more thoughtful resolution—perhaps a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. A little customer care would go a long way here. Disappointing experience overall.

I didn’t receive my order. Placed on the 10th Dec for delivery on 29th Dec, I sent 3 emails and received a response on 2nd Jan saying that DPD had lost my parcel. Then I was refunded and told the item was out of stock. So disappointed as I bought it as a present.
