Very disappointed. The order was incomplete and only discovered this when I took delivery of the box. Communication was then slow. Would avoid in future.

3 good , 2 out. they re was 5 guests who could not be serve a full tail as planned but instead got half tail. not happy

Team re my whats apps. The lobsters had virtually zero flesh in the body. Just very poor quality!

Having checked it would be in the U.K. lobster season, I ordered lobster 5 weeks before I needed it for a very special lunch in June. I had paid the before 1:00pm Saturday surcharge. Two days before delivery the courier told me they had received notification from The Fish Society but at 10:00 the day before delivery was due I received a phone call from The Fish Society to say they had no lobsters. The website claims their supplies are frozen so why, having given so much notice, were they unable to source and put the lobsters aside for me? I feel they could have given me more notice and will not use them again or recommend them.

I ordered some lobster tails. I cooked them as I normally do, checked with a ver accurate instant read thermometer so they weren’t over cooked. They were awful. Tough as old boots. I think they must have been previously defrosted and refrozen. They were very old.

It didn’t make me happy atall - not the quality I was expecting. I also emailed the fish society and got no reply.

I’m not happy with the fish society. Their products are not uniform and what I buy one month is not the same quality the next month.

Very unhappy with my order. All of the items had a very sour taste, I’ve been back and forth for a refund and no luck. So upset.

It did not. I criticized the poor quality of the cooling: by the time I received the item 4hrs after the delivery time point all contents were thawed. There was only information about the delivery window a few hours before the delivery which was not enough to take a whole day off work to wait for the delivery. 2. serious reservations given the quality of the salmon were not responded to or allayed. No effort was made to rectify the situation. Salmon was of low quality - contained food coloring (as per package) which was not declared on the website, and is still not recognized by the CS team who first did not respond for days, then when prompted responded with non-apologies. For items that command a very high price this seller needs to be absolutely transparent about what is in the packages. The Tuna is not from 'The Western Pacific' but from China. Given the poor responses of CS about poor fish I will leave the Fish society, this is not how to treat customers who are willing and capable to spend a lot of money on top quality products.
