Too many pestering emails

I never received part of my order and I got charged for it, 3 items missing for a total of £60 and after 5 days still no answer from customer service team

The product arrived completely defrosted. I couldn’t contact the fish society as it was a Saturday so didn’t know if I could refreeze the portions. I didn’t require the product immediately and didn’t want to take a risk in re freezing so as a consequence I had to discard it. A complete waste of money. When FS did respond to my urgent enquiry ,4 days later the response wasn’t at all helpful. As a loyal customer I expected better.

Well, afraid it was a FAIL for the Fish Society this time. Unhelpful customer service: patronising and lecturing from "I've been in the business for 30 Years...." If that's true than Mr. 30 years ought to know better and just say yes and send out a replacement order. This has happened before and then there was the Christmas when nothing arrived. It's going to be 3 strikes and you're out. You won't miss me and I won't miss the hassle. Happy New Year. Please don't bother to respond, your phone message was enough information..."I've been in the business for 30 Years...."

I’ve placed an order eight days ago to give that company enough time for Christmas delivery and when it didn’t arrive all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience” - when there’s no time to order it from a reputable place, never again!
