“This is the second time this has happened with Sahimi Tuna. The fish was maybe 30pc edible due to the way it was cut. Far too much sinew not enough flesh. I have reported this once before but recieved no comment.”

“I ordered 4 Dutch herrings to try. They cam intervidualy packed and were superb. I then ordered 10 and they all came in a box frozen together. To eat them l will have to de-frost the whole box. I expected them to come intervidualy packed. It's a shame as l will not be ordering them again as they are my favourites. Regards John Bowart”
