Very unhappy,you should not be sending food parcels out to customers on a Saturday knowing they will not be delivered until the Monday when everything is thawed out and needs to be eaten that day a horrible experience from yourselves ,one that I will never buy from again the only company in the UK to send frozen food parcels to customers out on a Saturday knowing full well when they arrive on the Monday it is impossible to keep items frozen for 2 days , says a lot about your business !!

Good afternoon John We can see from the tracking that your order left us on Sunday afternoon at 15.10 and was delivered, less than 24 hours later, the following day, Monday at 11.10 If this was not the case then please let us know. Kind regards The Fish Society

Stock issues meant they only gave me four tins not five. Didn't communicate this. Only gave me a small refund after I chased them myself in an email. Was a gift for a birthday and had little time to backfill with another purchase.

told the disrespectfull girl to take me off your list as she kept prevaricating & not iistening to me. I WAS THE CUSTOMER ALL SAID & DONE. in my e/mail i had outlined my complaints so whoever told her to give me a call back was not up to the job either. SHE SHOULD HAVE PUT ME THROUGH TO A MANAGER. SO SHE DID NOT REPORT THAT I TOLD HER TO TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST AS I WOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH YOUR COY ANY MORE M. MARSHALL

Terrible delivery. Arrived thawed with broken packaging, so the seafood was inedible and the brine leaked all over carpets. Complained to customer service who gave me a credit for the next order and now they won’t respond. After this ordeal I will not be spending my money with them

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! First time I’ve used them. Completely useless. Sent me the wrong order. Customer Service made it MY PROBLEM telling me I should try and give the Herring to friends or family. We’re going away tomorrow with a case of Herring sat in a box expected to dispose of it ourselves, going rancid in our bin over the next 2 weeks. I’ll NEVER order from this company again. Lesson learnt! Irony is they sent an automated message from the CEO asking what they can do to improve their service. I’ve sent you an email fella!!

The constant emails, phone calls and post letters to buy their products can only be described as predatory. Five emails a day since placing a single order and no matter how many times I unsubscribe or even block them, they still manage to find a way through. Disgusting behaviour.

Hello David I wonder if there has been some misunderstanding here. Having checked your order, we had a delivery date of Tuesday 8th August and can see from the courier's tracking that your fish was delivered at 10.58 on 8th August. The Moules were inedible……far, far too salty…. All other items that I have ordered over the years have been of a very high quality.

Food got delivered to wrong address and therefore defrosted. Only found it by luck 2 days later.

Hello Helen Reading your review was the first time we were aware that you didn't have your fish on your chosen delivery date. On checking the APC tracking we can see that your order was delivered on the date you requested (25/07) and left with a neighbour. Should you order from us again and you don't have the fish in your hands on the day it's due to be delivered, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find out where it is and avoid situations such as this.
