Fish quality is just average, and they keeps saying if the fish defrosted a bit during transportation it is fine….

I’m not going to tell you how you made me happy because you don’t even offer the option to say what you could improve. When my fish was delivered there was a leaflet included for blue fin tuna, that’s absolutely appalling. It’s commonly accepted that it is an endangered species, despite being now (wrongly) labelled as acceptable. I will therefore never order another thing from you unless you are willing to change and be a genuinely responsible company.

Good afternoon James Having checked your order we can see it had the wrong postcode on it and therefore the courier was unable to deliver it to the correct address. We can only send orders to the address provided and the last thing we ever want is for a customer to have a bad experience such as this. However we simply can't be held responsible for a wrong address being submitted We're sorry that on this occasion things didn't work out. Kind regards The Fish Society

I have been spammed by this company continually after unsubscribing from all updates. I have contacted them and received confirmation that i am unsubscribed, but the spam hasn't stopped. They have even called me up at work, despite my NEVER agreeing for contact by phone. I have reported this company for spamming, and will continue to escalate until they leave me alone. The contact now is legally classed as harassment, and i will be treating it as such.

Your products are adequate, however your entire company is let down by the deliveries. It was delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted DPD they weren’t bothered it was on the edge of defrosting. I will never use you company again

You used to be a friendly flexible operation with women who seemed in charge and products that were frozen on arrival and good quality. You are now “hard selling” with other peoples damaged goods ( e.g. langoustines) which are not fully frozen on arrival and poorly packaged. You did not make me happy!!!

Good afternoon Edward We accept that the courier delivered your parcel to your neighbour. It was delivered at 12.22 on Tuesday 19th September and yet we didn't receive your email until Saturday evening (23/09) which was the first time we were aware that you were not in receipt of your order. That being so we had no way of resolving the issue which would have been to get the driver to go back to where your order had been left and redeliver to the correct address on the same day as both addresses were on the same road. We monitor courier deliveries via the courier's website and when informed of a delivery to an incorrect address we can, for the most part, act quickly and resolve the problem but we cannot correct such an event unless you tell us. We do ask that if your parcel is not in your hands by the end of your delivery window that you contact us. Since you notified us of your non delivery more than 3 days after the due date, it is most regrettable but we are now not in a position to rectify the situation or to claim from the courier. The price paid should reflect quality and the quality should be consistent. This very much wasnt the case so feel disappointed and would like a refund for at least part of my order.

Very unhappy,you should not be sending food parcels out to customers on a Saturday knowing they will not be delivered until the Monday when everything is thawed out and needs to be eaten that day a horrible experience from yourselves ,one that I will never buy from again the only company in the UK to send frozen food parcels to customers out on a Saturday knowing full well when they arrive on the Monday it is impossible to keep items frozen for 2 days , says a lot about your business !!

Good afternoon John We can see from the tracking that your order left us on Sunday afternoon at 15.10 and was delivered, less than 24 hours later, the following day, Monday at 11.10 If this was not the case then please let us know. Kind regards The Fish Society
