The kippers are great but DPD did not deliver on the same day as instructed - I received them half defrosted on the afternoon of the following day.

During the Covid years....it was a godsend to get fantastic frozen fish...a real luxury which we have continued for 4 years...I know not why! However, the current courier/pack system means that the product is defrosted when it arrives....and bearing in mind we live just 15 minutes from the factory...not good. And what really winds us up...no sooner than we place an order for £100+....we get an email with a special offer. So conclusion...they are out of control

The fish itself was ok. . This time the carton was torn and all the contents were spilling out. This has never happened before but I did what was instructed and put straight in the fridge. Up to now everything has been ok except the haddock cheesy leek crisps. All broken up.I am trying to find a photo.

Packaged was dispatched on the 7th May. I was meant to receive it on the 9th May. Unfortunately it was delayed by another day. Depot to my home was a total distance of 38 miles. The courier company used did not contact us to say item was going to be delayed, so we waited in all day on the 9th. On the 10th, we had an email saying package was out for delivery but no time slot was given. The packaged arrived whilst we were out and left in the full sun (22°) that day for 4 hours. The package stank, had been on the road for 4 days. All the ice had gone from inside the box...... Unfortunately the contents were only fit for the bin...... we were promised a full refund but we are still waiting for this.....

Over 24 gours late... npt really your fault but you are using a corier company (DPD) who don't give a jot about your reputation. Think you need to inspect your delivery methods and improve accordingly. Contents JUST about OK and thankfully edible... but only just! Think on it....

I always got instructions and the expire date on either the front or the back of the package. But for this purchase it does not shows anything.

Our orders are packed sufficiently well to withstand such a delay and gather that the contents in your order were sufficiently cold on arrival. Rest assured that had the contents been compromised we would have made every effort to rectify the situation.
