“Awful experience. Ordered fish well before Xmas for our lunch but it never arrived. Contacted customer services who promised to sort it out. They never did.”

“Well, afraid it was a FAIL for the Fish Society this time. Unhelpful customer service: patronising and lecturing from "I've been in the business for 30 Years...." If that's true than Mr. 30 years ought to know better and just say yes and send out a replacement order. This has happened before and then there was the Christmas when nothing arrived. It's going to be 3 strikes and you're out. You won't miss me and I won't miss the hassle. Happy New Year. Please don't bother to respond, your phone message was enough information..."I've been in the business for 30 Years...."”

“I’ve placed an order eight days ago to give that company enough time for Christmas delivery and when it didn’t arrive all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience” - when there’s no time to order it from a reputable place, never again!”

“Hasn’t arrived. I rang and asked them to track it. Was told I would get a call back this afternoon. No call back, office closed early and no fish. Tracking info on email doesn’t work. This experience really couldn’t be worse if they had tried.”

“the fish society made me very unhappy by - just yesterday - informing me that I would not be getting a major part of my order . I had ordered and paid for this in November, and was relying on it as part of my Christmas menu.”

“I had been waiting for some sort of Christmas discount, but it never came. So I placed my order anyway (over £100). The very next day the fish society sent me an email with 20% off my next order but it expires in 10 days! I emailed them back saying I just placed an order so highly unlikely to place another order any time soon so I would not benefit from this offer. I asked if they could apply this discount to my current order and I had no response. A bit cheeky and pointless really, offering me a discount after I just placed a big order.”

“You haven’t I emailed to change the delivery address twice. No response as it defaulted to the previous order twice. I had requested delivery for the Tuesday twice. They delivered to the front door on 3 separate occasions & left it. Not a safe place & 1 order defrosted. These are expensive orders & the delivery is not acceptable”
