i picked the king crab as it said they were sweeter but they were not good.

Although the produce is excellent, on this occasion you receive a low mark from me for ignoring 3 emails requesting the combining of shipments and refund of shipping costs (which I have not received!!).

I didn't. My order was not delivered on appointed day or 2 thereafter , on informing Fish society I was assured that my order arrive on the following day. Though I received something it was, sadly, not my order being plain smoked salmon rather than the beetroot cured gravadlax I'd paid for.

This was my first order with the Fish Society they did apologise for ruining my Christmas food order but it didn’t feel very genuine given they were aware the product was out of stock and admitted they did not have time to contact all those affected despite a Christmas order being quite time sensitive. Not sure I would use again other companies have never let me down at Christmas.

Unfortunately part of the order unavailable but no prior information provided on what was to be delivered. Customer service very helpful and did sort but not a great start.

I'd like to be able to say it was great, but it wasn't. They may be great for regular fish, but sushi grade is not their forte.

Tuna did not arrive in package. Someone said they would look into it. Chased it up and was told it was out of stock and offered a refund. Poor communication. Should have informed me as soon as it was out of stock. Disappointed.

It's very sad to see how you put the prices up for the black Friday just to match them as they were before the black Friday. It's kind of embarrassing.
