The delivery is fast and nice, received the package with the meat still frozen. But the quality does not match the description, I have to say I’m disappointed

Not very happy to be honest. I placed an order and chose a delivery date at checkout. Shipping was expensive, but I wanted it on that date so it was fine. I then got a telephone call from Fish society asking when I wanted my delivery. I explained I booked my delivery at checkout but the caller said NO it’s too busy then and gave me a date just less than a week earlier. It’s not acceptable to be honest. Not what I expected and a strange way of operating a business.

Hi Carole, We're sorry you feel this is an unacceptable way to run a business. With all the delays involving Royal Mail strikes and the added strain to courier networks we are trying our best to be pro-active and to avoid delivery issues. Again, we're sorry this isn't to your satisfaction.

They haven't, thus far... My delivery isn't due until the 20th, but that hasn't stopped you sending me 126 emails a day since I ordered ... If there's one thing that pisses me right off, it's pushy retailers trying to make ANOTHER sale, now they've got your email address. Carry on, and it'll be the one and only order I make.. Now let's see how responsive to feedback you REALLY are ...

Order due 16/12/22, so nothing to review at this point. Annoyed to keep receiving requests for products you should know haven’t yet been dispatched.

Delivery service appalling totally un professional. Dave the delivery man did not knock on the door just left the package on the doorstep, this was observed by the window cleaner who advised that a package had been delivered Totally unacceptable service

It didn’t. My order was a day late and was defrosted on arrival. They told me it was ok to re freeze the items. Not so sure about that advice

Hi William, Apologies for any confusion and for the delay caused by DPD but from our records this order contained our Wild Icelandic Cod Liver. This is a tinned ambient product and not meant to be frozen. Hope this helps. Kind regards. TFS

Sadly we only sell these in 50g pots which is what you ordered.

It was ok but definitely not worth the money. I have had much nicer from a local fishmonger and for half the price

The quality of the fish is outstanding but unfortunately the fish didn’t arrive frozen, and the response from customer service was to re freeze the fish. As a professional chef I do find this unacceptable at this price point.

Hello We do not guarantee that our fish will arrive frozen but so long as it is cold to the touch, it is 100% OK to refreeze. We previously sent you information on this matter in the hope it would give you further assurance.

The items were partially thawed out when they arrived and the packaging was very poor.
