“As a first time buyer, it wasn’t clear to me that everything arrives frozen and is to be used in three days. I ordered my salmon and pate for Christmas Day but of course, had to have it delivered early (21st) to guarantee delivery. It wasn’t frozen when it arrived with DPD, it was covered in oil actually, so I washed the packaging and put it in the fridge, only to discover Christmas morning, that it was now unusable, the salmon looked off. So I haven’t actually tasted the products, although it did look great upon arrival. I think for new customers, this needs to be made clear, if it’s not frozen when it arrives, you have 2/3 days to use it.”

“Ordering and delivering was spot on wish others were as user friendly Packaging also without criticism Contents I provided s dose of high life with caviar and chsmpers. Taste seems to me people who promote this have more money than sense. Csnnot describe taste as still waiting for it to take effect. Daughter and husband same opinion”

“this review refers to the dressed crab, nothing else. The white meat was watery and tasteless and the brown not much better. Considering how much it cost, this is very bad value for money. I emailed a complaint and received an AI generated response, then nothing. Again v poor customer relations. Again the recommend is entirely relating to my dressed crab experience.”

“The reason for the drop in stars is the substitution process. I ordered “fresh” scampi and I was substituted breaded scampi. There was no email or phone call to ask me about the substitution or even a note to say that I’d be refunded the significant difference in price between the two products. Also I cannot eat gluten so the substitution product had to be binned. The rest of the order was ok but really, you need to tighten up your processes!”
