“Fish delivered had strong fishy scent and mushy texture, it is possibly due to the fish being ‘lightly cured’ however I am doubtful as it seemed reminiscent of spoilage, the customer service team did not resolve query regarding this.”

“Order arrived in time & well packaged. I ordered 2 large lobster, wild salmon & XXL Prawns with garlic butter. The seafood was all there but the butter missing. Sent a message to an AI bot who informed me sorry & will refund price of butter which doesn’t entice me to become a regular customer ( 10% voucher of next order probably would have) In a sea ( pardon the pun ) of competition I’ll find another fish”

“The delivery was late, left in my garage, no note posted or anything. When I found the Scallops I was very disappointed to see the size of them was far smaller than expected, plus most of them were missing the roe.”

“Fish was delayed even after ordering 2 weeks in advance and paying for next day delivery and came defrosted with no dry ice. Luckily the salmon was still sat below 4 degrees however this is unacceptable”

“It was the best seafood i've ever had in the U.K. Dressed lobsters, smoked scallops, North Atlantic prawn & lobsters bisque were very fresh & delicious. I ordered another 12 packs of lobsters bisque & it came the day after. Thanks to my son who told me about Fish Soiety. He loves fish & he makes sushi, sashimi & other Japanese food so often. He said he would never order seafood from anywhere else. I'm very glad i took his word. There will be more order to come from us.”

“We ordered two lobster for our Christmas lunch but despite being well packaged, the claws were already had all fallen off on arrival. The meat was quite mushy so not a fantastic meal but these are the risks of ordering a fragile product that needs to be shipped via couriers. Will definitely try again as we were impressed by the service and range this company provides.”

“Purchased a gift voucher for someone and have been bombarded with emails ever since. Literally 2 leave a review emails received within the last 2 minutes. I think you need to sort your email timings out.”
