“Products great, correct order delivery and items being delivered on time very poor. Customer service seemed not bothered in providing an r platoon of what went wrong, felt I was inconvenience, for complaining”

“I ordered clams as part of the order - the order arrived around 5ish and the clams were put straight into the freezer. The croquetas felt slightly soft - these have been frozen and not yet eaten. The clams were prepared the following day and not one of them opened when cooked - was really disappointed. The halibut was prepared as part of the same meal and was fine. Just disappointed with the clams - feel that possibly delivered too late”

“The delivery system is totally faultless, the van comes exactly when mentioned in the text message previously send. The purchased fish is very well wrapped and protected in a marvelous card box. A very good firm to deal with.”

“Good seafood and no hassle at all. I’ve been ordering seafood from The Fish Society since 2020 and it’s been great to enjoy the fresh seafood. I didn’t subscribe to becoming their membership because I didn’t think it’s worth it to pay £5 per month when I only ordered one big order 3-4 times a year. Maybe would only worth it for monthly regular ordering customers. Don’t like them using DHL as the courier don’t provide ETA for delivery, I don’t like it especially comes to perishable food despite whatever The Fish Society says about it. I only use DPD, at least I know when I’ll have to be home waiting for the delivery.”

“Good quality good service had problems withthe delivery driver. But the fish society sorted the problem out with the delivery and I would definitely recommend them to anyone friends and family. Thank you for sorting out the problem. Raymond”

“I was very pleased with the service and the delivery was spot on. I was disppointed by the size of the lobster and the quality of the crawfish meat. It was very broken up - only one whole piece of aboyt an inch so it must have been 'messed up' before packaging. The prawns were incredible. I thinj the calamari would hve been better in a lighter batter uch s tempura but they were still good.”
