“Order no: 864949 Unfortunately the whole order had defrosted by the time it arrived at address Ca5 6ED when it was delivered and received at about 15.00 today, 19.12.26 so can only be stored in the fridge”

“this is the first time that I've ordered from the Fish Society and so far I'm very happy with the quality of the fish I ordered sockeye salmon pieces which are absolutely delicious And I also ordered packs of mackerel fillets At first I thought these were going to be sort of too small but actually for what I want they are actually very easy to just pop to a frying pan and they're fantastic in a sandwich with salad or with a stir fry Um and they were lovely actually really delicious um I also ordered some smoked mackerel Pate which was really nice as well But actually I think I prefer cook in the non smoked mackerel that's just my preference that's just a matter of taste The delivery was fantastic I mean I literally it came like 10. o'clock the next morning umm the packaging was brilliant everything was nice and cold because I knew I wanted to separate some of the items for easy cooking I thought how am I going to put this away in the freezer but actually I just popped it straight into the freezer and when I want to get out slightly less I get the package out and defrost for about an hour so that it's a little bit soft and then you can just tear pieces off and then pop it into whatever you want and then put the rest back in the freezer so So actually it was really good so overall I'm very pleased I did have a voucher I had 10. pounds off and free delivery So that did make a huge difference on the price The only thing is I don't know if it's just around Christmas time but they have been sending me like it seems I think about 3. emails a day which I think is overdoing it a little bit that might become less because you know I think maybe that's fair enough it's Christmas time I do like the emails showing how to cook some of the fish differently and but I have just adjusted my emails now so yeah pleased:)”

“Always well packed and still frozen when my order arrived but this time they missed off my Thai Red Curry which was ordered so worth checking your order! I called the company and they say they will refund but I’d rather have had the curry.”

“I love this company and shop with them every year BUT, this year , they ran out of my items early in November and then an AI agent added items to my basket that I wanted, only she didn't, as i didnt receive them. ... so this year has not been a good experience. Although their products are always excellent. I feel let down by the company this year.”
