“I usually shop with this company and they are excellent, but this year I feel let down for a couple of reasons. They sold out of some of my items in November and their AI agent said she added things to my basket that I wanted, but she didn't. A bit of a mess this year”

“I ordered stuff for Christmas. It arrived on the due date-11.12, so not too close to the big day. Two items were missing and there was an extra one that I had not ordered. One of the missing items was something that is quite secial and I had oredered it as a Christmas treat for my daughter. I called and exlained the situation. I was reassured that theyll check if the missing items were still in stock and theyll be sent straight away if available or Ill be refunded. I was also told that I will be contacted to be informed of the solution. No contact has been made, no items were sent, no refund was issued. Today I emailed and was informed that the Fish society has been overwhelmed around Christmas and my case has not been looked at all. Not a slightest hint of apology... I was asked what items were missing so that I can get a refund, but 6 hours after my reply, not a squeak of confirmation... Very poor service and even worse handling of a complaint.”

“I enjoy ordering from this company, so easy apart from the choices! They have some really interesting meals and the fish is always great. Regularly send this to parents and it has been a great success. They love opening up the well packaged box full of surprises and different foods”

“I received a £10 off discount,so I made my order discount did not work, but you dont find this out until after you have paid. I emailed fish society and told them but was fobbed off with a list of things on how to place an order all of which I had done?! This has happened before and I let it go then,I know stupid but I didn't have time to sort it then, BUYER BEWARE! there are many other fish to door sellers out there.”

“Ordered a side of smoked salmon on 7th December for delivery on 19th. Didn't arrive. Couldn't phone as it was the weekend. Was informed this morning, after I phoned, that it had been destroyed at a depot as it was in transit for more than 2 days. Our Xmas dinner was on Sat 20th. I had purchased a great many bits and pieces to accompany what was going to be the centre piece. No question of an apology. I have cancelled my membership as this was the first (and certainly only) time I will be using your company. So, so disappointed in your attitude.”
