I should’ve had a free item with this. Attempted to enter the code at checkout – no indication whether it worked. Emailed you, but no response. Pretty poor customer service

Generally products are good however chosen delivery company let you down badly packaged was late and didn’t arrive by revised time .most of products were ok but scallops completely defrosted

Very poor customer service to a complaint raised over the phone and by email. No reply received, no apology or recognition of time and effort spent giving feedback.

Not value for money at all. The potted shrimps pot, was miniscule. Crab nothing like the picture on the site and full of brown meat.

First product that I have purchased from you and maybe my mistake as I thought I was buying Smoked Cods Roe which I have had from other companies many times with no problem.

I'm not happy. I received the lobster in defrosted state in a pool of liquid. I reported this to them more than once and I've not had the courtesy of a response.
