“Compared to other places (e.g. auction sites) the feathers here seemed a bit more expensive but I wanted to support British and know animal welfare was considered and I'm glad I did. The feather quality is excellent, they arrived very well packaged and the colouring was very similar to what I could make out on my computer screen. I will come back here first if I need more feathers.”

“The feather factory provided us very promptly with two samples of ostrich feather fringe in green and pink for a dressmaking project. Both samples were a beautiful colour and quality; we ordered a metre of the green fringe and it arrived again very promptly; a lovely high quality product. I found The Feather Factory very down to earth and helpful in my search for what might otherwise have been quite a difficult item to find.”
