“In all ways, my experience of buying some shorts through the website was excellent. The specific shorts I wanted were available, and reduced. They were speedily delivered, well-packed and in perfect brand new condition. Will buy from the epicentre again.”

“I ordered a rucksack, through EBAY from Epicentre only to be told it was out of stock ie sold out. Hi Jurgen I'm sorry you haven't received your order yet. It was dispatched on 28th June (order date 27th) and the Royal Mail website shows that it was then passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in Estonia. Please contact your local postal delivery office quoting your tracking reference to see if it being held there Let me know how you get on. Regards Sheila

“I bought myself a pair of Telics in lime green. Delivery was very quick. I had cause to return the item for a replacement and can honestly say I have never before dealt with such an amazingly customer focused company. I felt I was being a pain and, if the epicentre thought I was, not once did they show it! I give them top marks for providing their customers with a great online experience, and their customer service is second to none. I love my Telic flip flops. The range of colours is fabulous and I will have to buy another pair!! I recommend anyone reading this review to shop with the epicentre for an experience that will not disappoint. From my experience, I can say they will certainly go the extra mile for their customers.”
