“My online order was dispatched promptly but due to an error with a delivery postcode the delivery did not happen as DPD could apparently not find my business address without the postcode (even though this was a GP surgery and the only GP surgery in the village). My order was a birthday present for my wife and when I contacted Rob from The Epicentre he was really helpful and ensured that another delivery was dispatched and arrived in time to save my blushes. Well done, good price and excellent customer service when the courier let the side down.”

“Generally pleased with my purchase, but only 3 stars because it wasn't packaged very well. In fact, the actual bag was open and the jacket exposed because the tape used hadn't adhered well. Despite this, the jacket was ok and I would still use the Epicentre again .”

“An easy 5 stars! This is an excellent shout, with an easy to navigate website, superb range of clothing at a great price. Items are then well packaged and sent quickly out , so you don't have to wait long for yiour purchase. Love thus shop and soo does my dog :)”

“The fastest delivery I have had when ordering online. I live in N.Ireland so expect it to take a bit longer but both times I have ordered it has arrived within two days which is brilliant. Products are also the cheapest I've found them online, to the point I thought surely this is definitely fake. But its not!! Brilliant service and products and would definitely recommend!”

“Awful experience tbh , paid £106 for an item and was emailed in the morning to say my order was being picked ( as I paid £6 for next day delivery ) then later that night / following morning to the next day , I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to payment ( the day I’m now meant to receive my order ) the money has went from my bank and I showed the workers here , who said no it hasn’t come through our system ( must have otherwise they wouldn’t of seen the order ) and told me it would bounce back , and then money was pending out of my account and not actually taken . A few hours later the money was no longer pending and was taken 😂I rang up to tell them an which I was told was “no we haven’t recieved it , it’s bounced , to which I said please check again as I can clearly see I’m £106 short , in which they realised something had happened there end and the money did go through but because a refund had been started they then had to manually send me my money back an told me to re order ( this took 2 days , stressed me out and wasn’t offered anything in return for the fault there end , the coat was a birthday present for a friend hence the next day delivery and it was just messed up and something else was purchased , never had any apology or any gesture of epic centre , only contact I’ve had is asking me to write reviews”

I am very sorry you had a bad experience. We did explain that there was a technical issue which meant that we could not process your order. The order was cancelled the morning after you placed it (ordered at 9pm but we only open 9am-5.30pm) and your payment voided. We advised you to reorder immediately and we would still be able to get it dispatched that day - the same day the original order would have been dispatched with the £4.99 Next Working Day delivery charge. You decided not to do that, but I did not know that until now. The money had actually been taken (again part of the technical problem) but was refunded the next day as soon as I realised it had actually been taken. At the time I spoke to you, you appeared to be perfectly happy that the situation had been resolved and there was no mention of stress or a present, so I can only apologise now for any distress caused.
