“I made the mistake of buying a hat that was too small. Epicentre's returns service was excellent, with the Royal mail literally collecting it from my door without charge or any faff (I didn't need to print labels etc). And I was refunded within days.”

“We made an appointment for insole fitting as my husband has planter fasciitis. What brilliant service, fabulous staff! I can not recommend this shop enough. We made an appointment as My brother in law went for some walking boots and Sophie noticed he walked with his foot slightly out and sorted him some insoles out and now his bad neck which he has had for over a year is nearly sorted due to the insoles. He didn’t go for this reason but Sophie said this could be the reason for your neck and yes she was right! Thank you 🙏”
