“Nooki black & gold lurex dress arrived the next day beautifully wrapped in a fabulous dressing room box, I need a dress for a religious wedding in Israel in December where I need to be covered up but I don't want to look frumpy. Really hard to find something with a fashion edge, hoping this will fit the bill perfectly, can't wait to wear it.”

“Thank you for making my mum feel so comfortable, she absolutely doesn’t want to turn 70 (!) but after an hour of trying on outfits, she walked away feeling so confident and has a few outfits I know she will wear with pride. Everyone was so welcoming and we have a lovely memory of the experience.”

Hello, I am sorry your item was wrapped poorly. Our boxes can sometimes get slightly damaged in transit but we always do our best to wrap the items securely. Packaging for sale items is different from our standard packaging, so maybe that might have been the issue. Please let us how we can improve.
