“I ordered a watch which was excellent value and arrived quickly. I was however shocked at the amount of plastic wrapping. The watch was wrapped in a material pouch. Then bubble wrap then a large paper carrier bag then a large plasic bag which was enormous. The watch was intact but really the amount of wrapping was crazy. Would a small cardboard box not have been better and recyclable”

“Shopping at the Dressing Room is such a fun, pleasurable experience which is made by the girls, they are all so warm and helpful and it’s like having your own personal shopper as the more I shop there the more they get to know me and my style and are able to show me pieces that they think I would like and some of them I wouldn’t have necessarily chosen but actually they are usually the ones that when I wear them I get the most comments on! “The delivery was speedy and exactly as it said it would be, the product was exactly as described and a fantastic price and I thought the packaging was so lovely I didn't even have to wrap it! Made a lovely gift. Super happy, would definitely recommend!”
