“As usual, all the uncompoetitive insurers were shown. To my mind that doesn't indicate a through search of the market. The real market is too small for price comparison websites.”

“The initial estimated quote looked quite good, however the actual figure was over £100 more expensive. I went elsewhere.”

“Not sure what it was, got the runaround from all insurers till I settled for a quote of £256.18 from Hastings which was typically more than the initial quote from them. I’m not sure you came anywhere near. Thanks Graham”

“The identification of the list of appropriate insurers was really good and really handy. However, because the questions on the Bike Insurer form aren't identical to the pre-insurance questions asked by insurers, I narrowly avoided having to pay a surcharge because, although I answered questions in good faith, it appeared that I'd lied about car insurance claims when in fact the Bike Insurer question on this area was quite vague and suggested to me that it was asking about bike insurance claims.”
